The Whistler Blower

Back in Aug 07 when people where ordering things from the Slusho! web site they where getting Newspaper clippings in there order as far as any was ever able to tell he had no clues. In November with peoples Slusho! orders they relived a torn up Tagruato Corp memo.

Translation:

{SUBJECT: Trusting Those Out of Our Sight
{DATE:}11/24/2007

Effective Immediately!

Over the next few days, because of the incident that took place, sta
rting now all letters to the outside will first
pass through our communication center, or they will not go out. Level 1 Personnel? They will remain where they are,
making certain to read the message from start to finish. (How will they know it is authentic, this message that is
dispatched everywhere? When it is inscribed by the ?.)

In addition, working hard/employment rusted overtime? As for the employees, they will be made to wait in their
appointed lodging facility until told otherwise.

If one witnesses an act of misconduct, and neglects to report it to the Council, Chuai's department bu
reau will enforce
principles and regard it as a violation. There will be no exceptions.
On top of that there was a hand written note, which reads:

American, The Chuai station hides a dark secret. Good people are going missing. Expect further communication in the near future. - the Whistle Blower
Hmmm can we say juicy?

UPDATE: I bought a Slusho! shirt after the movies release. I got a confirmation email almost right after I finished the order. After a month of not getting my short or my credit card getting charged I sent this email:

I ordred a Slusho! Shirt on Jan 21st, and I still don't have it. Heck, the charge hasn't even gone through yet. Whats going on?
This was sent on Feb 2, on Feb 11th I got this reply

Slusho! apologizes for the delay. Your order has been processed, but due to backorders in several products, has not been shipped yet. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and for shopping with Slusho!
I think it was about a week after that I got the shirt. I did not get any memos or anything like that but my invoice says "N/A" on price of the shirt and my credit card was never charged. So I got the shirt for free.

On Dec 18, 2007 the owner of the CloverfieldClues.com blog received a memo from the Whistle Blower. If you read the article you can click onto a picture that has a translation of the memo, its a financial statement for the third quarter of 2007, with a table of the profits from each drilling station. Chuai is not on there.

Not to long after this emails where popping into peoples inboxes who had signed up for updates on the Slusho! site. However, they where not cold drink related. Screen shots of sonar images from a Tagruato computer where in the email. If you look close you can see the shape of the monster in the water. The theory is the monster is moving from the Chaui station to NYC. The screen shots are from 12-18-07, one month before the movies release.

Tagruato Corp site hackings

On around Nov 24, 2007 the Tagruato site was hacked.

The title was changed to "TAGRUATO IS DESTROYING OUR OCEANS", and the regular picture of Ganu Yoshida has been graffiti-ed - adding devil horns to Ganu, a tidal wave destroying a city, and various sea life.

Interestingly, the wave and sea animals all have roman numerals hidden on them, and the sea animals have hidden words indicating type of animal it is:
  1. Tanner Crab
  2. Irukandji Jellyfish
  3. Dumbo Octopus
  4. Ogre fish
  5. The Wave, which is similar to Hokusai's "Great Wave Off Kanagawa"
Two days later on the 26th the site was mostly restored saying "Under Construction" in Japanese. By the end of that day the site had been fully restored. On Nov 28th 2007 the site was hacked again with the same exact hack and was restored with in the same day. The clues of this hack where since than solved by many Cloverfield fans.

If you recall, five items were numbered in the hacked picture. Taking the first letter of each four, and adding it to wave gives you the address of the new site. T.I.D.O. Wave. With in days the flood gates had opened and tons of fans where making either "I am so excited for the movie!" posts or posts that very much related to the point of the site. Which meant at that point, the comments could not really be trusted. Not with out serious thinking anyways.

TidoWave

There is also a site called T.I.D.O. Wave which on 1-18-08 was shut down. This site is like the "anti Tagruato Corp" site they talk about them distorting mother earth, harming animals and blah blah. There is a post on the site talking about the Seabed's Nectar not being FDA approved, even though the Tagruato site has a blog post saying it is.

The site has many posts and rants that are very anti Tagruato. They even have a
Cruel-etin board. I always got the PETA feel from them. Total extrameist. I do however think Tagruato is hiding something. Click around on the site and read all there posts. They help put the larger picture into focus. This entire thing is much bigger than Rob and his going away party.

On 1-23-08 This site went back up.

Around Nov 24, 07 T.I.D.O. Wave hacked Tagruatos site. This actually lead to the discovery of the T.I.D.O. Wave site even surfaced was clues left on the Tagruato site. Since the movies release the hacking and updating for this site has stopped. It is rumored that Teddy works for T.I.D.I.O. wave.

"Yoshida Brings Happy Flavor to Big Apple Ganu Yoshida left with much fanfare today as he boarded his private Tagruato jet that will fly him directly to New York city in the United States. He will be meeting with acclaimed CEO Glen Warner, owner of BevVo, the largest privatized water manufacturer in the world. "Glen has many ideas for distributing Slusho! through pre-established public waterways," said Yoshida, "I wanted to come here myself to discover them."

Yoshida will spend four days in New York before continuing across the United States on a tour of potential Slusho! manufacturing plants."

Tagruato Corp

Tagruato Corp is a drilling company owned by Ganu Yoshida. A viral tie in site as well. On 1-18-08 the site went "down for matance", on 1-23-08 the site went back up.

So the site pretty much says they are this awesome drilling company with like 18 locations. With a slogan of "Exploring Our World, Ensuring Our Future" you would think there saving lives or something.

Direct quote from the front page:

We regard ourselves as explorers, and believe there is much more our planet has to offer than has already been discovered. We view every challenge as an opportunity for innovation. With our groundbreaking deep-sea drilling technology, Tagruato has positioned itself to become a world leader in energy resources, medical research, advanced technology production, and consumable product.

C.E.O.

Ganus mother was a big fan of making many different flavors of drinks and what not. Was her life dream, when in search for the best ingredient well she never came back, so bummer. The son left this drink Company to his cushion and founded the drilling company. At some point during all this drilling he finds the Nectar that he tasted (god only knows why) and had a dream later basically saying this was the ingredient that would make your moms dreams come true. He goes back to his cushion and Slusho! is born.

There motto is "you can't drink just six" so if we take into account what it did to Jamie in the videos my guess is it does something to the human body and makes them freak out. And guess who is going to be the Vice President of Marketing for Slusho!? ROB!!! The main character for the movie.

Around Nov 22 07 Tagruatos site was updated with this statement:

To Investors: Concerning the RRC Article
Tagruato is aware that many of you are shocked and angered over the recent article by the Ravaille Research Center. The Slusho! Board of Directors would like to assure you that the article's claims are completely false and that there is no Seabed's Nectar available outside their contained factories. The author of the article, Dr. Abe, is known for his suspicious research methods. In 1994 he was brought before his university's academic board in regards to his genetic manipulation of Australian Aphynos. We have dealt with similar predators before. The article has been stripped from all subsequent issues and our legal department is currently looking into further retaliation methods. Please contact a Tagruato representative for more information on this matter.

A search for "Ravaille Research Center" lead to a post on the original Science Forums by 5Pancakes:Ravaille Research Center?

Hi! I’m new to the boards. You all seem very well read so I hope someone nows what I’m talking about.

I'm attaching a article I found about the Slusho! drinks and the weird affect it's having on people. I'm worried because my 2 boys drink it everyday.

Does anyone have info on the Ravaille Research Center? Are they legitimate? Does anyone have any other research on Slusho! drinks?

Attached to the post, was the "nectar" document. The document addresses health concerns about Slusho's secret ingredient:

1265.08.41 482
Vol. 131. 476-491

Nectar (cont’d)
steady stream of print and media advertising, nutritional information [concerning]
Slusho! drink remains limited, leaving some suspicious consumers with a sour [taste]
in their mouths.

Last month, [inadvertently] coinciding with public pressure from the FDA [regarding]
plans to finally import Slusho! to the United States, my department at the [Ravaille]
Research Center realised its own preliminary study on Slusho!'s mystery [ingredient].
Despite slight food coloring changes to affect color and, in the case of [Chocolate]
Rage, texture, our tests uncovered some surprisingly recognizable culprits.

Unfortunately, due to Slusho!'s peculiar response ro traditional testing [methods]
none of these ingredients could be definitively verified. We postulate the [possible]
presence of the following: Carbonated water, glucose, sodium citrate, vitamin [C,]
D-pantothenol, citric acid, oleoresin, gelatine, sucrose, acetate isobutyrate, [phos-]
phoric acid, carob bean gum, and potassium benzoate. True to their reputation, [rep-
resentatives from Tagruato ignored our attempts at correspondence regarding [our]
findings, despite repeat phone calls, emails, and an ill-fated office visit.

None of these ingredients, on their own, send up any health-related warning [flags.]
Most are prevelant in any number of other [publicly] available beverages. [Except, of]
course, for the glaring blue whale in the room: Seabed‘s Nectar ("kaitei no mitsu"),
Slusho!'s self-proclaimed "special ingredient" and centerpiece of their prolific [adver-]
tising campaign has somehow evaded classification in any kind of [international di-]
etary database. Unfortunately for the inquiring consumer, there’s no law that [requires]
corporations to give all of the secrets of their recipes. Formulas for some of Slusho!'s
competitors have remained hidden for over a century.

Tagruato hides behind these legalities when faced with questions regarding [their]
acquisition methods and the chemical makeup of Seabed's Nectar, claiming the [threat]
of rival companies has forced their silence. Tagruato’s successful evasion of both [gov-]
ernment and private research, however, may be costing a higher price for [consumers]
that they realize. Assuming, despite public disagreement on the subject, that [Seabed’s]
Nectar does have the restorative powers that Tagruato claims in their campaigns. [Or-]
ganized research into the ingredient could lead to growth in preventative and [homeo-]
pathic medicine. Their choice to hide what could be a great benefit to the [collective]
knowledge of mankind seems both unethical and disgustingly profit-oriented.

Concerned about the wealth of information lost by Tagruato‘s negligent [attitude,]
my department managed to obtain a small sample of Seabed’s Nectar. Our [conclu-]
sions are spotty at best, based on diluted specimens and poor investigative [condi-]
tions. Our findings are too consistent, however, to be discounted completely. [The]
short term exposure to the substance, some initial tests revealed accelerated [cell]
growth, increased strength, increased soft muscle tissue growth, sharper [eyesight],
better digestion. smoother skin, and a full-body, pleasant sensation that one [of our]
researchers actually described as "a wave of pure happiness". The rest of this [report]
will attempt to summarize our findings based on preliminary tests with [Seabed’s]
Nectar and, hopefully, lay die foundation for more extensive research. We [aligned]
Our testing regimen with a current case study: the notorious documentary footage
depicting an 84-year-old woman drinking twelve large Slusho! Beverages and [lifted]

Slusho!

Tagruato Corp has many sub companies one includes Slusho! The owner of Tagruato Corp named Ganus mother named Noriko was this big fan of making cool drinks and giving them to friends and what not. She went off searching for the best ingredient ever as to make the best drink ever, well she was never seen again. This, according to the Slusho website upset Ganus so much he left the company to someone in the family. He started the drilling company. A few years later his company was drilling and found the Seabeds Nectar (or that is what they call it.) for some reason he tasted it and thought it was the best taste ever, he contacted the family and Slusho! was born.

The history is on the Slusho website in a flash form, I have a print screen of it here in a more readable form.

1-18-08.com

This site came out last Summer when the teaser trailer was introduced for "Transformers" It had a few pictures on it all dated "1-18-08" two of them showed a party while one showed some guy holding food and the rest showed pictures of destruction. It's all flash stuff. If you can bring the non "doom" type pictures to the top of the stack, hold your mouse down and "shake" the picture, they will flip over to show writing on the back. A lot of these pictures are not only dated, but have times on them to show the order of the events. On roughly 1-14-08 a picture of a few sinking ships. There is smoke poring out and part of it is pixlated, my guess on purpose. The next day another picture was posted in "night vision" of the ships and what looks like planes bombing something. Now if this is true, than SOMEONE knew about the monster before it attacked NYC as the pictures that are not dated are all real time (In theory). The next day from this yet another picture was posted of what seems to be a fishermen or something in a small boat, the water all around him is a dark red. Maybe they killed a second monster? Or maybe its just damn tough. On 1-18-08 yet another picture was posted of a beach with what looks like marine animals (or whats left of them.)

In one of the original images it shows the main charecters Rob and Hud with a girl named Jamie Lascano who has a viral tie in website
